Our Story
STE Advantage started in 2008 with one person and one goal: to raise the standard of security and electrotechnology services in our industry.
Our founder and CEO, Robin Stenzel, began his career as a Navy technician and has spent more than 20 years in the industry. Along the way, he saw where the industry was falling short and set out to build a company based on technical excellence, reliability and real care for clients.
The business began as STE Security. As our skills and services grew beyond security alone, we became STE Advantage, a name that reflects the edge we bring to every project. To us, “Advantage” is a promise.
We don’t just talk about quality or showing up for our clients. We actually do it. More than 1,000+ projects later, we’re proud of how far we’ve come and excited about what’s next.
Our Team
Our team has more than 50 years of combined experience, and some of our people have been designing integrated systems since the ’90s.
Many of our senior managers started as field technicians at STE, so they understand your site from the ground up.
All of our staff hold Victorian security licences. Our technicians also complete regular training and certifications, so their skills stay current and our work stays safe.
